We arrange a convenient time to have your electric scooter collected, as you will need to be made available for the courier.
Once arranged, we will email you the required labels, paperwork and instructions on what to do with said paperwork.
The paperwork will need to be printed and signed by yourself, then handed to the courier who will collect the scooter to be delivered to the warranty assessment centre.
